  Ashtanga or Power Yoga which combines classic yoga postures with vinyasas (a flowing sequence of poses) with breath. The result is an incredible body/mind workout. Excellent for those who are looking for better body strength, tone and definition combined with stress reduction and total relaxation.
     
Gentle Yoga  
  Hatha (Iyengar) style aligns and strengthens in stillness and flow. Slow moves and gentle stretches are combined with strengthening postures. Focus on stress-releasing moves with emphasis on deep relaxation. Recommended for Newcomers, Backcare, Seniors or Pregnant Women.  
     
Core (aka FitBall) originally designed as Back Rehab Program 1989 KPB  
  Flowing, heat building Yoga workout done with the use of PhysioBalls and/or small, compressible rubber balls. The focus is on "Core" strength: abs, hips, thighs and butt. The trunk musculature is simultaneously working to balance and stabilize the body. Strong postural muscles are important for preventing and relieving lower back pain. Focus - Backcare  
     
YogaStretch  
  Restorative, restful and rejuvenating poses for deep stretch and relaxation. Focus is on opening hips and releasing the spine. There is a guided meditation.  
     
PrenatalWorkshops & Classes  
  (ACOG precautions used) Modified, safe and nurturing postures to get strong & centered and prepare your body for labor.  
     
Postpartum (with or without baby)
